Route 66 marathon

Hayley receives a congrats hug from Coach Kathy after an awesome finish!!
Hey I may be slow, but I made it in less than 1:30!!Hayley and Mom enjoying the moment.

Our first marathon, Hayley did the 1/2 and I did the 1/4. I was worrying about Hayley for nothing! She finished first in her division with a time of 1:39. She loved it so much, I think she's hooked. My goal was to finish in less than 1:30, which I did with a time of 1:24. I wish I could be a little faster, but at least I did it. It was nice to see all the other RunnersWorld people there for support. Tonight I missed the Tuesday night run because I started running a 102 fever yesterday with horrible chills and aching. The Doctor thinks I have a sinus infection so she started me on antibiotics. I'm hoping I'll feel better by Thursday so I can run again.

congrats on your quarter. You beat me by a little so consider yourself fast. I did break my old record so I was happy with that.
